UNSAFE LIVING SITUATION IN MUNICIAPL FLATS

<p>Good day I have tried since the 25th January 2017 to get hold of the Municiaplity with regards to the doors in my mothers flat she is a pensioner living there with broken doors and the room door left hanging on the hindges... I have sent the Municipality formal complaints and nobody has contacted her or even tried to assist to sort the matter out. My mother is a pensioner receiving a grant and does not have the money to replace the doors. I explianed to the Municiaplity in my letter that she gets stuck in the bathroom because the doors are in such a derelict state. Its sad that it is going for almost three weeks and nobody has contacted us about this matter, DOES MUNICIAPLITY NOT CARE??? THE DOOR ON THE HINGES WHAT HAPPENS IF IT FALLS DOWN??? WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE??? AS MY MOTHER ISOLD???</p>
