Unplanned & lengthy power cuts

We have been experiencing sudden/unplanned power outages from last night which lasts upto +- 3 hours. This is not load shedding as the times are different from that on the schedule & it is not affecting all the areas in Phoenix or the places that fall under no.1, it's only happening in Forest haven & Woodview area,we're currently without electricity from 13:00pm today,without prior notice from Ethekwini. We also have an elderly stroke patient at our home& this is becoming very uncomfortable for our dear mum especially with the heat that we are experiencing. It would be much appreciated if someone could let us know what's going on& how much longer are we to endure these power cuts,also, when will it be sorted out?
