Unhygienic conditions - no help from municipality!!!

It’s been almost 5 months now and the sewage pipe outside my house is still not repaired or replaced. We have had a number of visits from the municipality water and sanitisation dept but each team refers the job to the next team. Quiet frankly no team is aware who is responsible for repairing or replacing the broken sewage pipe. It is beyond me why it takes so long to get this done!!! It’s very frustrating because it is extremely unhygienic to everyone in area- and still nothing is being done !!!!
