Unhappy Customer

we have not had water since the 21st of December & this has been reported to the water and sanitation department and nothing has been done, the first call was closed with nothing being done ***/1039 - Was closed with no resolution, subsequent complaints & escalations F200102/609 _ cr200102/186 ( call reference) and have yeilded nothing. Old people live in this area and reporting* disgusting!
