Unfair load shedding schedule

What we are all hoping for is consistency in this endeavour - so that we can plan our work lives. I work from home and am annoyed that you are obeying the schedule which you published as at 7.April.2015.I live on the Bluff - and according to your chart - we are in Zone 4. In addition, it was widely published that you were utilising Stage 2. This meant that we were only meant to have load shedding from 06h00-08h00. Besides the lights going off only at 06h15, they remained so until 09h00. In addition, the lights were switched off at 20h00-22h00. In fact they came back on at 22h10. This is contrary to the promises made when the new schedule was published. Look at zone 13 - as an example of my complaint . With the current spate of load shedding - mostly Phase 2 from 16h00-24h00 - this zone has been unaffected by any of your shut downs. This indeed causes me to think that this not an isolated incident.
