I use the Durban Transport Bus Lines on a regular and I had recently got ****** on my way home, where I had my Muvo card in my Wallet and was taken. The very next day I had reported the incident at the kiosk where I filled my card with R1000 worth of trips as the lady informed me that the card can be stopped once tracked (6/12/18)

Today the (11/12/18) I went back to do a follow up only for another employee to inform me that it cannot be tracked and there's nothing that they can do.

I am very unhappy with the service I received as I have been using the bus lines for years and did not except to receive such poor service, shouldn't they have a policy to cater for theft as we as Muvo Card Holders Cannot prevent theft and neither can anyone this is very ********* and I will be awaiting feedback.
