unauthorised cables on my property

<p>I have been since last year 2016 July or August trying to get your electricity department to restore my driveway.<br /> <br />My driveway at 292 west road over port Durban was dug up without my permission. The electricity department dug up my driveway to install cables for my neighbors' property.<br />The did not ask my permission at all. They got the audacity to dig up my driveway and leave it with potholes on my driveway.<br />I have been speaking to a Mr. Allan at the Springfield depot who has been promising me that it will be sorted but nothing has been done. Im being given excuses all the time.<br /> <br />I have tenants living on the property concerned and they keep complaining about the pot hole etc. When it rains its worst.<br /> <br />How can the municipality just dig up anybody's driveway without permission and leave it with holes.</p>
