unacceptable

I'm from rietriver and we are number 1 on the load shedding schedule. We were load shedded from 10h00 to 14h00 and again from 16h20 to 19h45 and again from 20h05 to 22h15. This is almost 10hours. Ethekweni electricity department surely don't know what the hell they are doing, you all need to be fired for incompetency.
