Turnover time for repairs

No electricity from 10am yesterday. Unacceptable. No updates to reassure us when it will be restored in Reservoir Hills. A basic human right. Our councillor is trying her best. Ethekweni municipality please be transparent and accountable. Need an urgent update The turnover time used to be 6 to 8 hours. Now it's 48 hours. I why the extra time? Rate payers funds should be used to repair timeously. Head of electricity and city manager need to be accountable
