Trying for more than a year to get services transferred

<p>We have being trying to get this account transferred to BR Taylor since last year.</p> <p>We have been to the Ethekwini office in Winklespruit on 4 occasions and were told that the transfer would take place but nothing has happened yet.</p> <p>The accounts are still being sent to the previous owner who is now getting fed up with us for not getting the account transferred.</p> <p>We have sent numerous emails without any reply or confirmation of receiving them.</p> <p>Can someone assist and let us know on the progress on this matter.</p> <p> </p>
