TOO LONG TURNAROUND TIME

I reported a sewer leak on 7 February @ 6:00am - received a reference F180207-41. Nobody appointed for the case. One writing this review on 8/02/2018 at 13:00 still no appointments made to sort out the sewer leak. It affects the entire area not just one home. It stinks, it is a health issue and nobody at Ethekwini is escalating the matter as priority. This is a service delivery problem and if there was nobody available this should have been allocated to another service provider. It is not the first time an incident of sewer leaks in this area. the problem must be fixed for good. No human deserves to live under these conditions.
