In verulam we had loadshedding from 4-6pm. The electricity was restored and after 5 minutes the electricity was out again this is happening for the past 4 days , when I called the contact centre they say its a faulty transformer. Now I dnt understand how this can happen everyday. If the transformer is faulty it needs to be sorted out, ethekweni contact centre said I should call eskom on this number ***. When I called eskom the lady could not help me she then gave me another number to call *** and this number kept cutting off.
