Threatened with violence

I don't usually catch the bus, but today caught the bus from davernport. As I got onto the bus unaware of the whole stages scenario, I said umbilo and that last week I got charged R9:50 and he just pointed to his screen and said R11... I said I didn't have R11 and what has changed, he pointed at his screen again and I said I can't pay that and why has everyone else charged me less... He told me I must wake up and say the correct place when all he could have said was be specific in where you going!! But instead he raised his voice and I said again I won't f*cking pay and I could see stage two ends in umbilo but he couldn't figure out the small hiccup. Then I payed the R9:50 and sat down of which he continued to scream that I'm young and he will f*ck me up and that I'm a ***ard for sitting down. Fearing for the time I get off, he continued in saying I must go to school.i have witnesses and I expect actions to be taken, no matter what I'm a customer. What's gonna happen everytime a customer makes a mistake, just cause I'm younger than him doesn't mean he can treat me the way he did.
