they just dont care!!!! wait your turn they say

after paying my light bill at pick n pay and my lights were cut still cut we went to Martin west offices to try and get it sorted out on Friday the 3 July 2015 at about 9am , we were told that our lights would be reconnected by that evening but today is Monday the 6th of July and my lights still haven't been put on ! this is so unfair , I've called an my daughter has called as well but still no help instead we have been told to wait our turn for reconnection even tho my account was paid , I've had to now take all my stuff out my fridges and ask neighbours for help so damn embarrassing! I'm being treated like a ******** and with no regard , a lady by the name of Anita Chetty from the martin west office and a guy by the of Themba from the technical department has tried everything to help me and have assured me that my lights shud have been connected by now cause they keep calling but still no help ! I'm so disgusted with the treatment I've been given by this place and i want justice ! i work so hard and make sure that my lights are paid but now I'm a dog , i must just wait my turn for their mistake to be sorted out !!!! how much longer should i wait because 48hrs have long passed ?
