They are refusing to reconnect me ..as they want 20 000.... i only got 10 000

They have cut my lights for almost 6 months .they are refusing to accept a settlement arrangement ... i told them i can pay 10 000 deposit .. they said they need 20 000 or i can live without lights .... the ladies name is Sharon Davids ... 3rd floor .. accounta dept I went a few times ..and they keep saying they Canot help out
