Theft

Hi.. I tried contacting you guys numerous of times even ur helpline about knowing sum1 who tampered with their meter box and put a direct wire.... but no1 seem to care... so is it ok 4 us to ***** power,??? This guy is getting free electricity and no1 doing anything
