The water issue

<p>This WATER problem has gone on for to long in KwaNdengezi and the Ethekwini municipality is not helping at all! you call and request those water tanks and those rude agents tell you there will send one and give you that annoying reference number which doesn't guarantee that one will be sent to you. I called this morning at 9:28 and spoke to a lady called Bongi she said one is on its way we waited hopelessly on the road and 2 water tanks passed us while we were screaming for it to stop then I called back and asked to speak to manager whose surname was Mngadi and she too wasn't helpful because we still haven't received water. The sad part is half the time we do not have water but at the end of the month we get a very large bill which is very maddening!! </p>
