Terrible Service from Ethekwini Water Department

Someone vandalised our Water Meter and we called the Helpline at 9am on 25th March . I have since called the helpline on 6 seperate occassions , the last being 12h30 pm today when I spoke to the Supervisor Nontobello who assured me someone would be here to fix it . It is now 14h40 and still no one has come , so we are still without water . I have never come accross service as poor as this in my life , I have given 1 because it does not give the option for zero .
