Terrible service

My water was disconnected last week Thursday as i was in arrears of R1400, I then managed to raise some money and i went to Hammarsdale branch on Saturday morning to pay R2000 till to day i dont have water! The lady at Hammarsdale assured me that she sent the request for reconnection to my surprise this morning when i call the call centre i was not done. They also promised that they were sending the authorisation, phone again at 1 pm still nothing phoned again at 5:30 pm they said someone will come through before 8:00 till now no one has arrived! Who lives without water for so many days!
