Terrible Customer Service

We havent had lights for 3 days apart from the load shedding thats currently taking place in Durban and surrounding areas. It is of utmost disgust that i write this compalint the call center serves the entire Durban with 7 agents at night!!! furthermore the attitude of the call center agent called Pamela is dispicable.<br> <br> I called their offices several times between the *** and was advised that they work on a 1st come 1st serve basis, i was advised by the agent before this rude agent that technicians were sent at 09:30 this morning and it is now 13H52, perhaps they are driving at 0 kms per hour cos they clearly still havent arrived.<br> <br> The turn around times of these technicians is pathetic, the call center is helpless, maybe contracts should be given to people who are more passionate about their jobs either than BEE cos clearly this is not working out. I buy my electricity only to stay so many days without it let that be known to the imcompetent agent!!!<br> <br> I asked to speak to her manager and she refused to put me through to them, but by the way they work its clear that they work under no supervision and people just speak and take everything personally!!!
