Street light out for months

We have spent over R300 on calls with reference numbers used and obviously some *********** employee/s have no effect on reference number *** as well as 14123 to follow up on street light pole 11, Church Rd, Parkhill. Possibly a new kid on the block would help, as no likes listening to voice recordings. What a joke the whole electricity department seems to not feel responsible for the street lights.
