Stinking Service

<p>On Thursday morning early I logged call F160623/668 the manhole in my yard was overflowing with sewerage. It started Wednesday night but water went down so I did not realise the catastrophe that was yet to come. When I got home Thursday no one had been to my premises and when's I queried I was told they have 24 hours to respond. By now my neighbours tool out their anger on me became my manhole my problem . When team of 3 came they tried clearing blockages in my drain any became neighbour drain was covered in sand they didn't know what else te do and refer it to superintendent office. I kept on phoning ask neighbours kept on blazing me. Engineer came out said he heard I had burst fresh water pipe. Where I said not sewers drains he said he would phone someone to come and left. No one came I phoned Sa****ays morning and told you files is not without Superintendent office and he does not work weekends. I told they of desperation as neighbour waste screaming at me. Another's teams came our locates neighbour drains ander going blockage between road and his drain any solved problem on blocked drains. On myself call outs on Saturn they cleaned the 3 neighbours yards but left sewerage in my yard where mostly damages was. I called Sunday I called Mondays. On Monday they made note cleaning to be schedule Monday. Note </p> <p>I phoned Environmental Health department Bluff over friendly gentleman promised to phone them and give feedback. Nothing. Today phoned is just ranging. I phone Engineering works Ethekwini they gave me new ref yesterday so it new case F160627/1330 plumber will be sent. I told her and lady yesterday keeps call F260623/668 open just send some Lye and clean up crew. I now haven't diaohree from trying to sort out problem self. Can you help please </p>
