still no electricity

<p>I app**** for electricity in January last year but we still have no electricity, everytime if i do a follow up they always saying there are no meters, something really need to be done we app**** for electricity because we really need it. In august they came to put the poles and they never come back but i was told that it take about 3-9months and now it more than 15months. we really need this thing to be sorted. </p>
