SMS for another client

My cellphone number (that I have had for over a decade) is somehow linked to account ***... No account holder name is sent with the SMS I receive.

I have never even been to Durban.

On calling the online centre, I was told that they simply WILL not amend the account to remove the reference. The account holder receives statements via email... so they do not care that I receive SMSes. I should just ignore it according to a consultant. I cannot even find out if my ID has been used...

Please... start caring more.
