Sewage spillage

Hi we are having an issue getting the sewage sorted out back yard is messed the smell is unbearable it is spilling throughout the day i keep follow up and i am told its been escalated i logged the complaint before they came out after 4 days then it happend again its been since last week and nothing has been sorted
