Sewage problem

I have reported a sewage problem on the 13/12/2019 I was provided with *** till today it hasn't been resolved I have made several calls, emails and WhatsApp messages but am getting the same response saying it still being processed.we can not even eat in the house because of the smell it really getting out of hand and no one is willing to help.when I called on the 26/12/2019 I was putted on mute by the agent called Pheliswa she didn't even take the reference number to check .
