Service eThekweni Water poor

So we don't have water sonce 4:00 Saturday 8 may 2021.logged the call with eThekweni Engineering ng dep. As of now Sunday 13:30 they tell there are burst pipes in Durnford, Birdhurst etc. I tell the lady please send someone out to me on Iver as those Isolation valves do not affect me. So what happened to my log? Nobody came out an an assumption is made that the other pipes in the area are affecting me. NOT. Poor service eThekweni. So my log has now fallen lower down the list, based on an assumption.
