*****ed over by Prepaid Meters KZN

In December 2013 we had prepaid meters installed into our rented properties by Prepaid Meters KZN. <br> As per the contract and declaration from Prepaid Meters KZN, the money is supposed to be paid to the Landlord on a monthly basis and the landlord is meant to take that money to pay the municipality bill. <br> The meters were installed on the 11 December 2013, however the 1stpayment was only received on the 4th March 2014. From the 1st payment onwards, Prepaid Meters KZN short paid the trust. This meant that every month the trust had to pay out their pocket to cover the municipality bill. This was raised with Prepaid Meters KZN on a monthly basis, but nothing was done about it. When the charge of kwh per unit went up in Sep'14, Prepaid Meters KZN never increased the charge per unit to the tenants. Yet again, the trust was out of pocket. The owner, Darryll French had promised to pay this variance on the 21st January 2015, but to date no money has been received. <br> A full reconciliation of the account has been done and to date Prepaid Meters KZN has short paid R4735. This has been addressed with the owner , Darryll French, on numerous occasions but he ignores all correspondence, both email
