Same fault different agents and Contractors

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY CHRISTMAS GROCERIES IN THE FRIDGE, LET ALONE THE REVENUE I'M LOOSING FROM MY BUSINESS?? I escalated the call to supervisor Mvuyane, who sings the same 24hr song, They are quick to collect rates and electricity but very slow to service the very same rate payer? I swear if I was a white person, I would have had many people looking at my profile and sorting out my issue by now, and they tell us race is not a factor anymore, we are in a democratic country, but that's all Bull..., I need this fixed.
