Ring! Ring! Trrrrrrrr

Can there be a zero star rating? This is the one that would apply to the Ethekwini Municipality who can’t even answer their phones, let alone achieve anything else. I am currently on call attempt number SEVENTEEN. I know the phones are working because someone did answer…. once…. and then cut me off. Anticipating a long afternoon of dropped calls and lack of response. What a way to spend (waste?) a day! Wish me luck. Pointless rant too as this ‘Business’ never responds to complaints on the Hello Peter website.
