Residential water meter

Reported water meter outside our property leaking. Attended to same day. Last evening, contacted Ethekwini municipality once again as now water spraying considerabley into the street. 30 minutes to answer the call. The person sounded as he had been sleeping. Request for a new reference number, informed that same reference number applies. Have called twice this morning, informed that this would be escaped as urgent. Still not attended to. Water loss is considerable. Now urgent as here is no water in my home.
