Refund of rates and taxes.

As a resident within the Ethekwini Municipality, it is such a shame that once your property is sold that one should wait more than 5 months to be refunded for your rates and taxes. The best part is that I'm still waiting. No one is willing to assist at the offices of the municipality and blames this one and that one. None of these officials are will to make sacrifices just go an extra mile. Something must be done.
