Refund of Electricity Deposit, Rates & Taxes

I sold my property in Illovo Beach and was transferred in the new owners name on 25/11/2019. I have submitted all the necessary documentation to them for them to refund me for the additional amount paid for Rates & Taxes and also my electricity deposit. They don't answer their phones and I have also lodged complaints on their website, eservices - Ref No's CSM***, CSM***, CSM***, CSM***. They have once rep**** about 6 months ago that the Finance Department is busy with the case. I am a pensioner with a pacemaker and I need the money for medical expenses. I will appreciate it if you could help me to get my money - that must be more or less R12 000.00 and the Electricity Deposit is R1959.46. Thank You, John Joannides
