Prompt Response & Assistance

I had a water leak which i reported around 7.15 am yesterday morning to a consultant. As per procedure, he advised that it will take 24- 28 hours for my problem to be attended to. But by 9.30 I was contacted by the technicians confirming the address. By 10 am they were here, sorted the leak. They were friendly yet proffessional and they answered my questions informatively. I was very impressed and satisfied with the service. Thank you!
