Prepaid meter was not working

I have been having a issue with my prepaid meter since Tuesday and have not been getting much assistance from the 0800 number but today I called and spoke to someone by the name of Jenna and she was a gem I wish everyone had a heart like her , she went out of her way to make sure she got hold of a technician on sight and they came out and installed a new meter ...Jenna thank u so much for all the help today , u are awesome at your job ....
