***<br> Spoke to an agent to ask about the progress of a power outages that started 4.5 hours ago<br> She replies very arrogantly saying theres more important and other places that reported prior to us.<br> Refused to tell us what the problem was and the feedback from the technicians. <br> We do not need such terrible service!!!<br> Employ people who are polite and helpful. <br> We pay alot of money for electricity. <br> They aretdoing their jobs and suppose to be offering a service.<br> This is the problem with our country and why we will never prosper.<br> <br> Action should be taken regardless if its the public sector.<br> <br> DELIVER ON SERVICE!!!!
