POWER OUTAGES A FEW TIMES EVERY WEEK - FOR MONTHS!

Our residential area has power outages a few times every week – and I’m not talking about load shedding. Not only do we continually throw food away from a fridge that is standing for a day or two at a time, but our appliances are also taking a knock! The workers keep on coming out to repair the transformer or cables (pacifying the problem) instead of replacing the transformer or dealing with the root problem - whatever that is. We are paying huge bills for something that is damaging to us on a weekly basis - it's ridiculous!

Here are our area’s reference numbers from 9 October 2019 (although it started way before October). This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE:
