Power Outage Not Attended

*** Logged this report for power outage on 14/08/21 at 09:00 and it was partially attended the following morning at 08:00 when it was by Elvis Mpanzathe Faultsman I say partially because from 08:00 till the afternoon we had low voltage where all our appliances were switching off and on reported that again *** A Faultsman arrived at 16:47 who then said we had a neutral cable problem that’s loose and he showed it to me and spoke to his controller to send to send someone from the municipal depot in Springfield nobody came until at 00:24 there was a loud explosion street light No. 25 *** was on fire from the high voltage surge and the explosion also happen within my home blowing out my Grundig Gas Burner valued at R24 000, Mr Grundig Double Door Fridge valued at R65000, my Grundig washing machine valued at R9000, Hisense 55” Led TV valued at R12000, Denon Amplifier valued at R18000 & Russell Hobbs microwave valued at R6000 I also alerted the fire department *** Who arrived on the scene even I had managed put the fire out but up this hour we are still waiting for the Electricity department to come and sort the cable out. I need the department to pay for my appliances how do I go about doing so please assist me.
