Poor Services

My Reference number is F *** <br> Yesterday I reported a (main) burst pipe, around 2:30 pm afternoon. And the issue hasn't been attended I call the call centre to report and the agent were not so helpful. Others saying that the plumber had a tyre punch up until now no plumber has showed up. And the agent that I spoked to was Sbusiso and called maybe 3 times and last time he said he has no feedback and all i want to know is that the way municipality works. But the water hasn't stop flooding the house. I am even thinking of escalating the matter to the managers because were are suffering from drought and people are not doing their jobs accordingly.
