Poor service from Ethekwini Municipality

Ethekwini Municipality needs to decides if they still want to delivery service to the community or hand over to another useful municipality.We having problems with prepaid electricity token not going through.We only getting 1 token.I don’t know where the hell mist we get the 2nd n 3rd token they are talking about.Their call centre is a joke, the network is forever congested
