Poor service - Ethekwini Electricity depot

Dear Sir / Madam<br> <br> I logged a cable fault in December 2015 with the eThekwini electricity department and the depot installed temp cables which rests on a tree. I have called in numerous times this year for them to fix the fault at the pole however no-one is able to help me with this query. I have spoken to Alan numerous times as well as his staff with no help. Due to the rain the temp cable is shorting and has blown up my two security camera. Please can someone assist me this issue
