Poor Service Delivery

I live near Blenheim Road in Pinetown and have to use Blenheim Road every day to get to work. Before lockdown happened, the water department came and dug up part of the road, where they needed to replace pipes. Well to this day, they still haven't come and actually fixed the road. This road has now become very dangerous and in places it looks like it is collapsing. It is a main thoroughfare road as there is a school on the road. So it has a large capacity of cars using it on a daily basis. Everyone is now trying to find alternative route's even though this is the main route to get to where we need to be, as we are all concerned that our cars will be damaged by the big holes in the road. In parts of the road there are big chunks out of the road. It has now got so bad that it is starting to affect the opposite side of the road as well. Ethekweni water please come and fix your mess. So many people have phoned and no one can ever get in touch with any one as the phones just continually ring. Please we are now desperate for this road to be fixed.
