Poor service delivery

So I called them on the 3/10/22, to report a burst pipe and water that is gushing out at a high pressure and speed, we have been waiting since 19hoo till now 1140 still nothing done about it. I am concerned about the water loss but they keep telling me that they are working on it. But from where I am not certain coz there is Noone on site. Poor service delivery.
