Poor service delivery

Poor service. I have a po problem with a sewerage blockage it's been busting every time it rains and it's quite disgusting that I have to endure the smell and make sure that my kids don't go outside during this time coz it's not safe. I called at 6am expecting someone to come in early but nobody came the whole day and I the minute I am not home they will not be assisting as they will say nobody was home. It's really such an inconvenience that I have to suffer for their blocked drainage system
