Poor service

***/195 - I do not have water from last night. I informed the municipality today in the morning and I was told that the team will be sent. I called again during the day and I was advised that the team is on the way. Up until now, still no water. I am 35 weeks pregnant, I’m starving and thirsty. I didn’t even bath. Can someone please rescue me. Account no: ***. I do not think I will make it till the morning
