Poor service

I have never been so disappointed at the Ethekwini municipality electricity I reported a fault 11th of April and I was told that the matter has been escalated to their Depo I've been calling in to find out what is happening when are they going to show up I've been given a run around we don't have electricity we've been living in the dark since and we have a small child in the house who feeds on bottles of milk and it is lock down so we can't do anything really and we are expected to just sit and wait I understand that maybe they have other allocated jobs to do however it's been way too long now.
