Poor service

<p>for the past 6 months its vertually been impossible to get hold of Ethekwini. I just held for half and hournow and left a message yesterday with no repsonse and just getting put on hold. my electricity on my bill says it was at 61136 on the 22nd of July and on 56403 on the 29th of Sep. it goes up and not down and they are billing me R4000 as they estimation was way off. please can someone call me and sort this out so i can pay my bill as this R4000 is crazy.</p>
