Poor service

<p>my niece lost a school bag at Wyebank library due to the neglegence of the municipality. i reported the matter last yera 2015 and the ref is ***6. up to this date i have not been refunded. they keep sending me back and forth and no one ever comes back to me with a concrete answer. i have to chase them and still no response from Thulani Ntuli and Andile Memela. i would like to know if they ever do anything to solve issues like these in their dpt. i will not rest until i get what i lost.</p>
