Poor resolution to Electricity faults reported

EThekwini municipality electricity department attends and resolves faults in a dismal manner. This trend has been noted in a number of occasions. The most recent one being an electricity outage of 3 days with no resolution, on the third day we found the reference given had been closed without it being resolved as the call centre agent named Madoda. The matter was escalated to the supervisor named Lungi, where she gave a contradictory response. Up until now the fault has not been fixed Reference number ********** . Sadly this has been a recurring situation in the area. ?????
