Poor Delivery service with premium rates

They contunue to not collect the domestic refuse on a weekly basis. Its becoming a health hazard. Maggots and flies all over. Soon or later we going to have an epidemic outbreak of some virus with the filt thats everywhere. I know that the council doesnt care about what residence have to say but i need to voice my opinion. We are charged absorbant rates and we have no say in the matter yet we have the municipality that continues to default in not doing their job. Who is doing anything about this? Nobody. Who is reprimanding DSW workers for not doing their job? Nobody.
